We are in search of a sous chef that has dealt with quality Italian food in a high-volume setting. This is a very hands-on position so you will be working the line with the cooks during service. This is a well-established restaurant that is not located on the strip. The award winning chef/owner is growing his group and needs a sous chef for his flagship restaurant.
You must be a strong leader and have a good working knowledge of all administrative duties such as ordering, scheduling, inventory etc. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will be able to have creative input on new menu items as some of the menu changes seasonally. Some Spanish is a plus but not a must. The company is filled with food and hospitality passionate people, and they are looking for a sous chef that is equally as passionate as they are.

Offering a base salary of up to $65K, insurance paid for and a $10K yearly bonus.
