With a diverse range of projects and clients, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact while supporting the continued growth and technical development of our Environmental Services group.
About the Team
The Environmental Services team consists of 20 talented professionals whose expertise spans decades—from recent graduates to seasoned experts nearing retirement. Eight team members hold a PE or PG license, contributing to a strong foundation of knowledge and collaboration.
We take on projects of all sizes and complexities, including:
- Environmental Site Assessments: From Phase I investigations to multi-disciplinary and regional remediation projects.
- Compliance Support: Assisting communities and industries with regulatory compliance.
- Stormwater Management: Monitoring construction and industrial sites for stormwater runoff, particularly during the rainy season.
Our clients come from a variety of sectors, including:
- Private Industry: Forest products, real estate, energy generation, and distribution.
- Public Sector: State agencies, cities, and tribal organizations.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone well-rounded and experienced in all stages of project implementation, including management and client relations. The ideal candidate will value collaboration, creativity, and mentorship while working to achieve project success.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in environmental compliance.
- A BS or BA in Environmental Studies, Geology, or Engineering.
- Professional licensing as a PE (Professional Engineer) or PG (Professional Geologist) or QSD/TOR/QISP registration in California.
- A strong working knowledge of environmental conditions and regulatory requirements specific to the Northern California region .
