Description : Act as Scrum Master and Project Manager for a complex SW development team. Lead the team through Scrum ceremonies, lead quarterly planning and sprint planning events. Coordinate tasks with Product Owners, Tech Leads and other team Scrum Masters. Grow into an expanded role supporting Project Plan development, Resource Planning tools, Risk Management and Budget tools.

Job Qualifications :

Required:

• Scrum Master – Agile training and experience (2+ years)
• Experience using Jira, Azure, or equivalent Agile tools
• Project Management skills in a SW Development Environment (2+ years)
• Strong Communication and demonstrated teamwork skills
• Demonstrated experience with Planning tools such as Microsoft Project or SmartSheet
• 4-year college degree
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate planning and lead teams

Desired:

• Experience working in Medical Devices
• BS Degree in Engineering, Software, Computer Science or Technology
• Experience working with multi-national teams across several timezones (Central EU or Asia)
• Ability to work on-site with the team in Blue Ash, OH
