Job Description:

Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for an Automated Tester to add to their growing team located in downtown Indianapolis. Our client is seeking an individual to be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and security of software applications, Mostly Power Apps and Dynamics CRM. Your expertise in automation frameworks, testing tools, and best practices will help enhance the quality of our products while reducing manual testing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain automated test frameworks and libraries using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium)
• Execute regression, performance, and load testing using automated scripts.
• Identify, document, and report software defects, tracking them through resolution.
• Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, scripts, logs, and results.
• Ensure testing environments are set up, maintained, and configured as per the requirement

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automated testing experience building out automated test environment
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, or similar (Selenium is preferred)
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Java, or C#
• Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Experience in API testing
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Junit
• Experience with cloud-based testing tools and services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Experience testing Dynamics or other CRM applications
• Knowledge of security testing practices.
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
