The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in education, administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of leadership experience in education, public charter systems, or non-profits. They must demonstrate a proven track record in driving academic, operational, and cultural excellence, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills for relationship-building and collaboration. The role requires a data-driven decision-maker with a strong understanding of accountability systems, and the ability to navigate the political landscape to secure resources and advance the organization's mission. Emotional intelligence, resilience, and a commitment to innovation and problem-solving are also essential.
