About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will be a trusted member, responsible for leading the finance, accounting, facilities, and information systems functions across all service lines, including the foundation. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial stability and growth of the organization, which serves a diverse community and is currently undergoing significant investment in its programs and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, with an MBA, CPA, or CMA being preferred, and a background in running complex financial operations. Strategic experience and a familiarity with HUD are also desirable.The successful CFO will be a collaborative and transparent leader with the highest ethical standards, capable of managing risk and fostering the growth of the business. A key aspect of this position is the development of the financial team and a deep respect for the various populations served by the organization. The role involves a close working relationship with the CEO and overseeing a substantial foundation that provides a strong financial base. The CFO will have direct reports in finance, business management, IT, and facilities, and will play a critical part in the current and future success of the company.
