About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and advancing key financial functions, including financial planning and strategy, data analytics, business intelligence, risk management, compliance, and performance management. This role demands the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial strategies that drive sustainable growth and align with a member-centric focus. The CFO will work closely with senior leadership to integrate financial planning, risk management, and performance metrics into the overall strategy, ensuring a balance between financial health and community impact.Applicants for the Chief Financial Officer position at the company should be forward-thinking, approachable leaders with a strong background in collaboration, change management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years' of relevant experience in financial leadership, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and certifications such as CPA or CFA. Experience with Community Development Financial Institutions and a proven track record in financial planning, compliance, risk management, and internal audit within the financial services sector are highly desirable.
