The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their executive management team. The successful candidate will be tasked with optimizing production capabilities, enhancing supply chain efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities for the COO include leading the operational team, implementing operational strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry. The role requires a proven track record of success in a senior leadership position, experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies, and strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in operational management software and tools. The COO will work closely with the CEO and executive team to align operational and financial goals, manage operational budgets, and lead initiatives for growth and operational improvement.
