About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with all departments to design and execute innovative marketing campaigns, manage brand positioning, and enhance the member experience. This role involves the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies, with a focus on using member data and metrics to grow the membership and increase product penetration. The VP of Marketing will also be a key supporter of the organization's culture, mission, vision, and values.Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a marketing role, particularly within a heavily regulated industry. Extensive knowledge of digital and mobile delivery channels is essential, and experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in credit union, banking, or financial services, and will be adept at managing marketing functions in a way that aligns with the organization's goals and values.
