About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for a multi-site, major contracted-services account. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the account, with a focus on driving improvement in operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and client retention. This leadership role requires the ability to galvanize a team under a common growth and operations platform, ensure operational excellence, and identify innovative solutions to meet client requirements. The VP of Operations will also be accountable for all facets of the area, including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service, and will work closely with internal and external partners to develop and maintain the overall strategy for operations.Applicants for the VP of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree desired) and a minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in general management with full P&L responsibility, preferably in the food, facilities, or retail service sector. The role demands a proven track record in leadership, managing client relationships, and the ability to set and drive business strategy. Strong business planning skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a talent for selecting and developing top talent are essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills and be adept at working with executives to achieve business and systems goals.
