About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic vision, leadership, and management for its flagship hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for the hospital's clinical and ancillary service programs, including surgical services, cath lab, EP lab, respiratory, therapies, dietary, and environmental services. This role requires a leader with a Master’s degree in a related field, a preference for membership in the American College of Healthcare Executives, and at least 5 years of progressive management experience in a hospital or ambulatory care setting. Operational experience in a complex environment with multiple areas of responsibility is essential, as is a background in leadership within tertiary-level surgical services.The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Operations position at the company's flagship hospital will have a proven track record of aligning key constituency groups to achieve the organization's strategic operating plan. The role demands a professional who is adept at fostering relationships and is deeply committed to the mission of the community-directed health system.
