About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, a commitment to a culture of safety and efficiency, and the ability to provide direction for the professional development of the nursing team.Candidates for the CNO position at the company should have a Master's degree in nursing or a related field, a valid nursing license, and significant experience in a senior nursing leadership role. The CNO will be expected to have a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, quality improvement processes, and financial management in a healthcare setting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills are essential.
