About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead the development and implementation of plans for providing nursing care, treatment, and services. The CNO will be responsible for creating a patient-focused, team-oriented culture, and working with medical, clinical, and therapeutic disciplines to ensure optimal service and superior outcomes. This executive role includes full accountability for the quality of nursing care, representation of nursing on various committees, and the creation of an environment that prioritizes patient safety and centered treatment.Candidates for the CNO position at the company must have a current RN licensure, BLS certification (ACLS preferred), and be committed to obtaining CRRN certification. The role requires an advanced degree or equivalent knowledge, with a Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field as a minimum. A minimum of 5 years' experience in an inpatient hospital setting, including 2 years of recent nursing management experience, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with experience in 24-hour accountability, FTE management, policy and procedure oversight, and budget management. The CNO will play a critical role in upholding the company's mission of providing high-quality, compassionate rehabilitative care.
