About the Role

The Company is seeking a Dean of Enrollment Management to join its vibrant educational community. The successful candidate will be a strategic and growth-oriented leader, responsible for all aspects of student recruitment, financial aid, and re-enrollment. This role involves setting and achieving enrollment goals that align with the school's mission of promoting diversity and overseeing the admission and financial aid budgets. The Dean will also be a key member of the senior administrative team, engaging in strategic planning, and will serve as the primary spokesperson for the school in matters of enrollment. Applicants for the Dean of Enrollment Management position at the company should have a strong background in enrollment management, with a passion for the values of a boarding school education. The role requires a collaborative leader who can inspire the community, and who is adept at creating and implementing strategic plans. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), at least 5-7 years of experience in a school setting, and a proven track record of success in a leadership or administrative role. Experience in independent and boarding schools, as well as with international recruiting, is highly valued. The Dean must be an excellent communicator, both in speaking and writing, and possess the ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making.
