Title: Medical Assistant

Location: New York, NY 10025

Shift: Days, Mon – Fri (8hr x 5 Days shifts)

Duration: 13-Weeks Contract

Pay Range: $18 to $20 per hour

Job Description:

• Performs EKGs, lab tests, PFTs, and audiometry as ordered by physicians.
• Takes patient history, vital signs, and updates medical records.
• Completes quality controls and adheres to CLIA regulations.
• Processes patient referrals, documentation, and phone contacts.
• Maintains clean, stocked exam rooms and medical areas.
• Registers and updates patient information in the system.

Required Skills:

• BLS (AHA)
• CMA
• High school diploma/GED
• 2 Years of Experience as Medical Assistant.
