Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, the CSR plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate product or service information and assist customers with understanding features, benefits, and usage.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and offerings to answer questions effectively.
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Document and update customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions or services.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
