Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Assist with account setup and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
