We are seeking a friendly and organized Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team and provide support to our clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a desire to learn.

Pay Range: $900 - $1150 per week
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage customer interactions with professionalism.
• Assist customers with questions about products, services, and account information.
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
• Support the customer service team with daily administrative tasks as needed.
• Help identify and escalate any recurring issues or customer concerns to the appropriate departments.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
