RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive Larger Portions of Revenue for the Business
- Lead a team of 6 Account Executives
- Coach, Mentor, and Motivate a High Producing Sales Team and Generate Revenue Opportunities for the Organization
- Assist in Recruiting, Hiring, and Training to Grow & Maintain a Sales Team
- Formulate and Executive on Monthly & Quarterly Sales Plans
- Assist Sales team with Client Meetings, Presentations, and Negotiations
- Inspire, Lead, and Coach a Dynamic & Face-Paced Sales Team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- B2B Software Full Sales Cycle Experience
- Must Currently be in a Sales Director or Sales Manager Position
- Managing a Full-Sales Cycle Software Team of at Least 4 Sellers
- Consistent Track Record of Teams Exceeding Revenue Goals
- Passionate about the Data Analytics Space
- Reside in the US *Either Central or Eastern Time Zone
