Alera is the creator of Zensa Topical Anaesthetic, one of the fastest growing pharma skin care products in the medspa and tattoo markets (@zensaskin on IG). We are seeking a full-time, motivated Sales Account Executive to reach out and grow Alera's client base in a manner that is consistent with Alera’s Life & Style guide. Having experienced tremendous growth over the past three years, the Sales Account Executive will help further drive Alera’s sophisticated and respected brand within the wellness space by being a contributing team player.
Description:
As the Sales Account Executive, you will report directly to the Senior Sales Manager. Your mission will be to add new accounts accounts within the Medspa markets. With your sales experience, relationship-building skills and being an efficient multi-tasker, you will: reach out to potential new clients to build new sales, manage your existing clients, travel for wellness conventions and be a contributing factor to Alera’s strategic plan to be an industry leader within the Medspa market.
General Responsibilities:
- Use sales platforms to stay organized with client information and daily tasks
- Contact pre-screened sales leads through different communication methods
- Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
- Communicate and assist with existing clients requests within your region
- Grow existing client accounts within your region
- Provide excellent customer service with business-to-business clients
- Illustrate the value of Alera products to create growth opportunities and educating existing accounts
- Travel to wellness conventions and client meetings located within your region
- Coordinate with Sales Coordinator for client invoices and sales assets
- Own your position by staying up-to-date with emerging sales trends and sales insights
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Salesforce experience
- Ability to travel across Canada and USA
- Proven track record of being reliable and a positive team presence
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
- Strong understanding of being a supportive team member
- Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
