We’re looking for an Escrow Support Processor to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle centralized clerical processing for documents related to the initiation or closing of escrows, reducing paperwork for our branches. You’ll also communicate essential information and instructions to escrow branches and internal customers.

Title- Escrow Support Processor

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 3 months + Extension

What You’ll Do:

• Perform post-closing clerical functions.
• Prepare correspondence related to post-closing escrow files.
• Handle fund disbursements.
• Schedule and provide instructions to couriers.
• Communicate with escrow branches as needed.
• Follow established processes and procedures for functional areas, troubleshooting as necessary.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to follow escrow procedures and knowledge of regulations governing the escrow process.
• Familiarity with fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures within escrow processing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with internal teams and external customers.
• Problem-solving skills paired with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to adapt quickly to new software and technologies.
• Capability to establish effective working relationships within a team.
• 1–2 years of escrow processing experience preferred.
