Your Responsibilities

• Assist with corporate matters, contract review, and advising on legal risks and business matters.
• Review NDAs and a wide variety of transactional documents.
• Collaborate with all departments to address legal needs, ensuring compliance and contract execution.
• Draft, review, and summarize commercial agreements to support renewable energy project development.
• Manage legal review processes, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
• Provide legal support to internal teams, attend meetings with stakeholders, and support policy initiatives.
• Analyze complex legal issues, ensuring compliance and delivering innovative solutions.

Our Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• At least 6 years of experience as a practicing attorney in utility, energy, or corporate law.
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Experience in renewable energy project development is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management experience and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Strong knowledge of clean energy policies, commercial transactions, and compliance matters.
