Qualifications:

• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with hiring teams and stakeholders
• Experience in the IT industry is preferred
• Recent staffing agency experience
• Loves dogs and being a good human
