Essential Duties:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market growth.
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing field sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
- Conduct sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to drive sales.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of sales management experience, preferably in health or dental markets.
- Proven track record of closing deals and mentoring successful sales teams.
- Expertise in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) for pipeline and lead management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or business management (MBA preferred).
- Willingness to travel 40%-60%.
