Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Operations IT Business Analyst (IT BA) to focused on optimizing workflows in supply chain, procurement, and inventory management using SAP S/4HANA modules. ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and analyze business requirements for SAP initiatives.Facilitate workshops and process walkthroughs to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.Act as a trusted advisor on SAP capabilities.Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements for SAP modules, including MM, WM, and PP.Create use cases, user stories, process flows, and business models to articulate requirements clearly.Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment. Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, and test SAP solutions. Ensure traceability of requirements and validate solutions against business needs.Analyze workflows and recommend SAP-based enhancements. Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA advancements and best practices.Requirements:5 - 10 yrs experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years specializing in SAP operations projects.Expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, WM, PP) and operational workflows.Familiarity with SAP configurations, system integrations, and end-to-end implementation processes.Strong ability to evaluate workflows and recommend optimization strategies.Proficiency in developing comprehensive documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Visio.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SAP certifications).
