The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for both digital and print media, with a focus on social media, banner ads, and print production. This will be remote, and 32 hours per week. You must be Ontario-based.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging graphics for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.Design and produce high-quality print materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters.Develop banner ads and other digital assets for online campaigns.Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes.QualificationsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).4+ years of experience working at an in-house studio or large org. (on a marketing team)Experience in digital design and social media design.Strong understanding of print production processes and techniques.Ability to create visually appealing banner ads and digital content.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly in digital and print media.
