Our consulting services client is looking for a Medical Copywriter to join their team for 12 months. This will be 20-30 hours per week, remote.
You must have experience writing within FDA guidelines for US Pharma.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing and will be responsible for creating compelling and compliant copy for various channels. This role requires a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of medical content development to effectively communicate our clients' brand messages while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality medical copy for print and digital channels that aligns with strategic objectives.
- Ensure all content complies with FDA requirements and pharma regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand brand guidelines, tone, and voice for different customer segments.
- Implement SEO best practices to maximize content visibility and engagement across platforms.
- Work closely with design teams to create visually appealing content that resonates with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients alike.
- Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve copy effectiveness and alignment with brand strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a copywriter in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in oncology or cancer products.
- Strong understanding of FDA requirements and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance.
- Experience in developing content for both print and digital channels.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
