About the Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Database Administrator/Analyst to join their team. This is a technical, hands-on role where you'll manage our client's database systems, support the implementation and integration of HubSpot CRM and CRS systems, and contribute to shaping the technology infrastructure of our organization. This position offers the opportunity to grow and make a significant impact in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM and CRS Implementation
- Migrate, clean, and integrate existing data into HubSpot and our client's upgraded CRS system.
- Set up data workflows and pipelines to meet the needs of multiple departments.
- Manage API integrations between the CRM, CRS, and website.
Database Management
- Oversee the organization’s data systems, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Troubleshoot database-related issues and perform ongoing maintenance.
- Manage and improve workflows within database systems.
Technical Project Management
- Lead the transition to the HubSpot CRM platform, working closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate ticketing systems and related database projects.
- Evaluate and recommend IT solutions to optimize office functions.
Collaboration and Communication
- Serve as the point of contact between the IT team and company executives, presenting recommendations and updates.
- Document workflows, summarize technical processes, and provide user training as needed.

- MS 365
- MS Teams
- Synology Drive (Internal server for video and photo assets)
- Amazon AWS servers (for specific storage needs)
- HubSpot
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong database administration or IT experience.
- Strong skills in data migration, cleaning, and integration.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
- Understanding of API integrations and database workflows.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with executives and summarize technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience with CRS systems or ticketing system management.
