Job Description

A global Investment Management firm is looking for a dedicated, organized, and professional Executive Assistant to support their Human Capital team! The ideal candidate is a professional go-getter who is willing to go above and beyond on all tasks. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is seeking an opportunity to join a collaborative and stimulating firm!


In this role you will support a team of professionals as well as the Chief Human Capital Officer.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience - Ideally out of financial services but open to industry.

Candidates must be professional, with strong communication skills, strong attention to detail and uphold confidentiality and discretion.


Midtown

Hybrid: Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote - the remote days are Mondays & Friday

Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm with flexibility as needed

Compensation DOE: $100-110k base + OT + Bonus + incredible benefits


Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex calendars and inboxes in Outlook
  • Arranging global and domestic travel
  • Tracking and submitting expense reports
  • Assisting with presentations and meeting preparations
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience out of Financial Services
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knows how to execute, pivot and multi-task quickly
  • Flexible attitude and can get along well with different personalities
