Job Description

We are seeking a Customer/ Support Analyst to join our dynamic team! This role is integral to supporting marine services offerings by providing technical expertise, troubleshooting assistance, and exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, and dealers to ensure equipment performance and optimal customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for troubleshooting and problem resolution on marine products and services.
  • Monitor equipment using digital tools, review alerts, and take action with relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze technical data to assess product health and determine required next steps.
  • Address minor coverage issues, resolve complaints, and ensure clear documentation of customer communications.
  • Deliver technical information and support to customers, fleet managers, and dealers during service calls.
  • Maintain accurate issue documentation and status updates in the Salesforce platform.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Experience:
  • 1–3+ years working on machinery such as combustion engines, hydraulic systems, or pneumatic devices.
  • OR 1–3+ years of experience with data analysis in fields like data science or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, internal combustion engines, and control system logic.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in data gathering and analysis to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Effective communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and digital monitoring platforms is a plus.
