Overview:

We are seeking a Mechanical Construction Project Manager with experience working for mechanical subcontractors. This role involves overseeing HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources for mechanical subcontractor projects.
• Coordinate with general contractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Ensure quality control, monitor progress, and resolve issues on-site.
• Oversee safety compliance and maintain project documentation.
• Review change orders, submittals, and RFIs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management with a mechanical subcontractor.
• Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
