Our client seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Injury Paralegal to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in personal injury. This role requires strong organizational skills, a client-focused attitude, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
• Gather, organize, and review case-related documents.
• Draft legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Maintain detailed case files and track deadlines to ensure timely case progression.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
