My client is a top family law firm and they are looking for a Paralegal to join them. This individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our attorneys, helping our clients navigate through complex family law matters including divorce, custody, alimony, and child support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, exceptional case management skills, and a proven track record of preparing legal documents with precision and care.

Base salary up to 95k and monthly incentive bonuses up to 7500/mth. Total comp can be in the 160-170k range

Qualifications

•The successful candidate will have an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality, and a passion for advocating for the rights and interests of our clients

•A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal in the field of Family Law

•A Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent

•Proficiency in case management software and other legal technologies

•Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage a substantial case load

•Extensive experience in preparing and filing legal documents, with a strong attention to detail

•Strong research and report-generating skills

•Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, attorneys, and court officials

•The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
