Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a temporary Receptionist in Irvine, CA!


Responsibilities:

  • Answering and transferring phone calls to the correct department, taking messages, and screening calls
  • Managing mail- Receiving, sorting, and delivering mail, faxes, and packages
  • Scheduling meetings for employees, coordinating schedules, and prioritizing meeting requests
  • Overseeing office supplies and equipment, and reporting malfunctions
  • Responding to customer inquiries, processing bills, and helping customers with questions
  • Keeping the reception area and common areas clean and tidy
  • Faxing, transcribing, filing, and photocopying documents


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or relevant work experience
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills


Salary:

$25 per hour
