OVERVIEW : Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies in the US, seeks an accomplished “Customer Service Analyst”

Position: Customer Service Analyst

Location: Manhattan, NY

Duration: 6 months+ Contract with high possibility of extension

Pay Rate: $26/hr

Note:

• Hybrid role ( 3 days onsite | 2 days remote per week)
• Days of the week: Monday & Tuesday (REMOTE) | W-F in office
• Working Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for conducting data and information research, performing ad-hoc tasks, and utilizing computer skills to support various projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree and/or related
• Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough data and information research to support project needs.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team lead or manager.
• Utilize computer applications and software to analyze and interpret data.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of research findings and project progress.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Always ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Must have technical or professional skills:

• Computer Savvy
• Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Accuracy with data handling
