Overview
This key role involves liaising with external lawyers on various legal matters, including labor, business, intellectual property, compliance, corporate governance, and contractual agreements. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with business teams to formulate, sign, and maintain contracts.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all legal matters involving the company.
- Communicate effectively with external lawyers to handle legal issues, including but not limited to labor law, business law, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
- Work closely with business teams to draft, review, and finalize contracts.
- Ensure proper signing and secure storage of all legal documents and contracts.
- Keep abreast of legal changes and updates that may impact the company.
- Provide legal support and advice to different departments within the company.
- Manage and maintain records of all legal communications and documentation
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- A background in law or relevant legal studies equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between legal professionals and business teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with legal documentation, contract law, and corporate governance principles.
