HR Coordinator Responsibilities
- Support full life cycle recruiting tasks including opening requisitions, performing phone screens, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with job posting and advertising processes on job boards
- Maintain accurate employee records within various HR systems
- Administer the department’s compliance training software, including tracking employee completion of assigned modules and preparing audit reports
- Prepare global quarterly HR wellness newsletter and assist with company-wide quarterly newsletter
- Manage the Human Resources email inbox, responding to employee inquiries on topics including benefits coverages, payroll deductions, and time off, resolving issues promptly with a high level of employee satisfaction
- Maintain the employee Intranet to ensure the availability of current resources
- Support and track signatures for company policies
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the value and efficiency of benefit programs and other HR offerings
- Provide daily support for the Human Resources Director and Chief Human Resources Officer when needed
- Assist with other Human Resources team projects
Required Skills and Experience:

- 1+ years of experience providing customer service or support to internal or external parties, both verbally and in writing
- 1+ years of experience authoring employee- and/or customer-facing communications
- 1+ years of experience handling confidential and sensitive information
