Job Description

Our client, a prominent real estate investment company, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support their New York office and executives. It is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-achieving team in a diverse role. This position is hybrid with 3 days in their wonderful Midtown, Manhattan office.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office needs (mail distribution, screening guests and phone calls, maintenance of office aesthetics)Calendar management and scheduling
  • Provide extensive administrative support to executives and general support to the wider team
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itinerary creation
  • Manage time tracking and expense reimbursement
  • Create agendas, reports, and presentations
  • Greet guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Maintain the office budget
  • Purchase and stock office supplies
  • Liaise with vendors


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years' experience as an assistant, coordinator, or other administrative support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Enjoy learning and working in a collaborative environment


Salary Range: $80,0000 - $105,000 based on experience
