Desktop Support
Onsite - NYC 10004 (5 days a week)
W2 Contract (Ongoing - no end date)
$35-40 an hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person Level 1 & 2 Support for user requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues across MacBooks, ThinkPads, Dell laptops, and desk setups (e.g., dock-to-monitor connectivity).
- Support with network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, wired)
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems
- Document and track support requests in the ticketing system
Required Skills/Experience:
- MAC Experience is a must
- 3-5 years experience in Support/Sys Admin
- Experience with Networking concepts (TCP/IP Protocols, etc)
- Experience with Google Workspace and M365
- Experience with Active Directory
