Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with a strong litigation background, particularly in real estate disputes. This full-time, in-office position offers the chance to handle complex cases in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in real estate litigation, including contract, property rights, construction defects, and landlord-tenant disputes.
• Manage litigation from start to finish, including pleadings, discovery, and court appearances.
• Provide strategic legal advice and conduct legal research.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff for comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• FL bar admission and good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, real estate focus preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple cases.
