Position: Paralegal (Personal Injury)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to assist with personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will support attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and case management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery requests).
• Conduct legal research and manage case files.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and experts.
• Prepare and file court documents, assist with trial prep.
• Ensure timely filing and resolution of cases.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience.
• Associate's degree or certificate in Paralegal Studies (or equivalent).
• Personal injury law experience required.
• Strong research, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in legal software and MS Office.
