  • Lead the digitalization initiatives for structural inspections.
  • Oversee the work of external structural consultants and ensure quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal guidelines.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Conduct on-site visits as necessary to monitor progress and provide expert guidance.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, with an advanced degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a design engineer in a consulting firm (experience in construction is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work both in the office and on-site.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with Operations, understand priorities, and develop solutions that balance safety, operational impact, and cost efficiency.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and clear reporting on structural matters.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to tackle complex challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to anticipate potential issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to achieving goals.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for site visits and project oversight.
