This is a temporary position with a duration through September 2025, with the potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for current and future openings at BASIS Independent Schools.
- Source candidates using innovative methods, including social media, Boolean searches, networking, and professional events.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for skills and cultural fit.
- Contribute to recruitment efforts on social media platforms.
- Support school growth initiatives while maintaining the culture of BASIS Independent Schools
- Utilize and maintain the applicant tracking system.
- Participate in internal and external hiring events.
- Establish relationships with universities and education associations.
- Develop and execute recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.
- Act as an employment brand ambassador for BASIS Independent Schools.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication.
- Build talent networks and source passive candidates for future needs.
- Align talent to business needs through a comprehensive understanding of each school's culture.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Use social and professional networking sites creatively to source candidates.
