Position Summary:
As a Business Planning Level 2 Analyst in the MX Division, you will play a crucial role in the business planning, operations, and demand planning group. Your responsibilities will include integrating various data for MX product categories (HHP, Tab, Watch, True Wireless, Accessory, PC) such as sales projection, pricing, promotions, sales performance, and market insights. You will perform risk and opportunity analysis and report insights to leadership. This role involves close collaboration with the AP2 team, Carrier account teams, and national retail sales teams. Additionally, you will drive the automation of multiple performance reports to enhance efficiency across the teams.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Gather data from various sources and analyze information to produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for leadership.
- Manage PSI (Purchase, Sales, and Inventory) by account/model.
- Provide profit simulations to the team based on the terms and conditions of the promotion plan.
- Conduct weekly calls with AP2 teams, account teams, and sales teams to provide week-over-week changes in demand planning by account/model.
- Support new product launches and GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies, including providing allocation simulations and business impact analysis when needed.
- Coordinate the escalation of critical demand issues to Supervisors, leadership, and the Suwon office.
Background/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in business planning, demand planning, or operation planning.
- Advanced Excel skills, with VBA coding for macros being a plus.
- Strong database management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
