A global full-service law firm is looking for a practice lead to manage and build the corporate group in Miami as part of its strategic growth. You will be joining a highly reputable business with high autonomy and be client facing.

As part of the growth, they are focusing on hiring someone experienced in Corporate M&A transactions and will have more focus on management, strategy and developing the national corporate practice. The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced working on mid market and private equity transactions and have ambition to lead staff.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years corporate transactions experience
• Strong research and writing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

Qualifications

• Admitted to Florida bar
• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school
• Strong Academic credentials
