A leading Austin-based General Contractor is seeking a driven professional to manage diverse ground-up projects across K-12, Office, Healthcare, and Medical sectors, with values up to $60M.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of project delivery, from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align goals and expectations.
• Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and change orders.
• Lead project meetings, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and maintain project documentation for internal and client reporting.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge: Proficient in construction project management software and familiar with industry best practices.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
