Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support business growth and market penetration.
Lead and manage the marketing team, providing direction and guidance to achieve departmental goals.
Brand Management:
Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Drive initiatives to enhance brand recognition and reputation.
Campaign Development and Execution:
Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and direct marketing.
Measure and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Use data-driven insights to shape marketing strategies and decision-making.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
Develop tools and materials (e.g., brochures, presentations) to support sales efforts.
Digital Marketing and Technology:
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media.
Manage website content, analytics, and enhancements to improve user experience and lead generation.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor expenditures and report on ROI for all marketing activities.
Partnerships and Networking:
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and industry associations.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in B2B product Marketing
Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies in the distribution or related industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
