Education Required

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Experience Required (years of experience, specific industry or previous job experience requirements)

• 3 + years in a leadership role from production or operations management, or other related experience in printing industry

Skills Required (software, technical, industry, equipment, lifting, and physical requirements)

• Management - Skilled in the leadership aspects of an operation

• Manufacturing - Knowledge of raw materials, methods, tools and processes involved in the printing industry

• Engineering and Technology - Knowledge of the practical application of technologies used in the printing industry to include the principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment in the design, prepress and production of printed products

• Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) – Knowledge of environmental regulations, health standards and safety compliance within a manufacturing environment to include familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations

• Microsoft Office - skilled in the use of programs at an intermediate level or higher

• Ability to perform tasks that include frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and/or kneeling

Preferred Education, Experience or Skills (preferred degree(s), software, experience, equipment, etc)

• Bachelor's in a related field a plus

• Knowledge of flexographic press or printing operations preferred
