Rate: $70/hr (DOE)

Duration: 12 months (possibility for extension)

Job Description:

Apply knowledge of structural analysis (e.g., materials technology, finite element modeling, static analysis, fatigue analysis, damage tolerance analysis, thermal analysis, vibration analysis, structural testing, etc.) to determine structural adequacy for customer requirements and regulatory compliance; and to collaborate on structural design, manufacturing, and post-delivery of products.

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline

• 5+ years of professional Aerospace Engineering experience (or equivalent education & experience)

• Experience Performing Airframe Stress Analysis (Commercial Preferred)

• Experience with Finite Element software (Nastran, Patran, Femap)

Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree: 5+ years

Masters degree : 3+ years

PhD: 0-3 years
