JOB TITLE: Facilities Program Manager
LOCATION: Duluth, MN
SALARY: $130k–$180k DOE + 5% annual bonus

Summary:
- Drive enterprise projects, focus on scheduling, budgets, and cross-functional coordination.
- Lead project phases, manage risks, and maintain a 24-month enterprise program roadmap.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential as you interact with internal/external stakeholders and lead program execution.
- Deliver projects on scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop project work breakdown structures, schedules, and budgets using MS Project.
- Facilitate feasibility studies, design development, and contract negotiations.
- Provide program updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
- Oversee CapEx and OpEx budgets for facilities projects.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of project management experience.
- PMP certification (preferred or within 12 months).
- Exceptional organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project and ERP systems (e.g., Avante).
- Experience in continuous improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma).
